EOS_SendOSCReset( )

No Parameters.

This function will send an OSC Reset command to the console. An OSC Reset will reset the following...
Clear any active switches
Reset all persistent OSC settings

OSC user
OSC wheel mode
OSC switch mode

Send out ALL implicit OSC output
